Hey gorgeous! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return the garment for store credit or exchange only. You have ten days to make any exchanges or returns for store credit. Please understand since our quantities are limited, thus garments are required to be returned in the same condition you received it in. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to E-mail us at info@tkcdesigninc.com!

We will offer exchanges and returns, but at the shipping cost of the purchaser.If you wish to return a piece, please email us at info@tkcdesigninc.com to learn more about the process. 

 

Please note, all made to order pieces and custom artwork pieces are final sale.. To ensure that we get the right fit please send us your measurements using our size chart we can also set up an skype/face time call or showroom visit  with you to help you get your measurements! CUSTOM WORK

 

We are happy to customize your TKC garment, wither you would like to change the length or the fit we can do it for you! Additional charges will apply depending on the type of customization.

 

SHIPPING 

 

We ship worldwide! Please allow one to two business weeks for your parcel to arrive to you! Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout! All packages will come with a tracking number and if you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at info@tkcdesigninc.com. If the customer has given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the shipment and are not obligated to give you a refund. TKC is not responsible for unclaimed/returned packages. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you, if you wish to reship the package, you are responsible for the return fee and new shipping label. If you wish to forfeit the package TKC will apply funds excluding return fee to your account as store credit. You may be charged customs duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for custom duties and tax payments. 

STORE CREDIT
